Just for the sake of completeness (and procrastination, so I don't have to do my homework...) two pictures of yesterday's Italian exprience we accidentally stumbled upon.

In my last post I mentioned the "multi-storey salad" - here you are: Portobello mushrooms, lettuce, caramelized apple slices and crispy pan-fried cheese with a dressing of crushed walnuts and balsamic creme - soooo good :-)
